Exclusion Orders

PLEASE NOTE - There are two types of exclusion orders, each with a different form to be used, if you wish to apply to the Court to vary or revoke the order. 

Practice Directions 8 &  9 of 2014 provide information and guidance on the use of these forms. 

Application to Vary/Revoke Exclusion Order - Summary Offences Act 1966 (Practice Direction 8 of 2014)

Use this form to make an application to vary or revoke an Exclusion Order (following 'move on directions') made under the Summary Offences Act 1966.

Application to Vary an Alcohol Exclusion Order - Sentencing Act 1991 (Practice Direction 9 of 2014)

Use this form to make an application to vary an Alcohol Exclusion Order made under the Sentencing Act 1991.
